The bottomless lunch offering in the capital has just been elevated to the next level with the addition of Bottomless Puddings and Fizz from Galvin at The Athenaeum. It’s a true ‘eat your heart out’, fine foods experience, and the three-course Saturday and Sunday lunch from two Michelin Star Galvin brothers not only offers unlimited bubbles, but unlimited puddings too.
Saturday lunchtime includes Spiced Iron bark pumpkin risotto, Grilled Native Lobster, and a Jubilee lamb curry amongst other delicious choices. Sunday lunch sees guests enjoying a traditional Sunday Roast with all the trimmings. Families are in for a treat as well, with a special offer for children to join in on the bottomless lunch fun. A children’s menu is available for which includes two courses, unlimited mocktails, as well as unlimited puddings. Parents can enjoy the relaxed family friendly atmosphere whilst the kids are entertained with toys provided by the hotel.
With eight mouth-watering puddings to choose from, including a decadently rich Valrhona chocolate mousse topped with crunchy pistachio, Victoria plum Bakewell tart, and Provence fig and blackcurrant trifle, picking a favourite is sure to be a hard decision.
After lunch guests can take a leisurely stroll through Green Park, which is a stone’s throw away from the restaurant, to walk off some of the indulgent lunchtime fayre.
