108  Brasserie, is celebrating 'veggie month' in full force, with six new vegan dishes available to devour from Mon-Fri until the end of March. Whether you're a meat lover or a self confessed vegan, the fresh, locally sourced ingredients within these dishes are sure to win your tastebuds over. 

Here are the utterly delectable specials available on the restaurant's A la Carte menu...


Tuesday

Miso grilled aubergine, Harissa, pomegranate, warm couscous salad

 

Wednesday

 Lentil tabbouleh, salt baked heritage carrots, tahini dressing 

 

Thursday

 Root vegetable tagine, preserved lemon, olives, cauliflower couscous 

 

Friday 

Pumpkin and chick pea Thai curry, coconut milk, coriander, roasted cashews 

 

Dish of the Month

Sweet potato and quinoa falafel bowl, black rice, avocado, coriander and lime dressing


All of the above dishes are under £20, to be indulged in a relaxed, sophisticated and chic dining space- a perfect pit stop for a lunch break, or a great place to unwind for an evening meal.
