London Craft Week is from 3rd-7th of May. An annual event showcasing artisan craftsmanship and workshops run by famous studios and luxury brands.
One exclusive workshop on the 3rd May has us excited. ‘A Guide to Bespoke Jewellery with Tessa Packard’ offers an intimate conversation on bespoke jewellery with Tessa Packard, the founder. Tessa Packard London is the fine jewellery label known for their eclectic collections and their bespoke jewellery. Joining this bespoke jewellery masterclass is both her goldsmith Russel Hart and Charlie Boyd, the Executive Jewellery Editor at Harper Bazaar.
There will be a comprehensive step-by-step guide to designing and creating bespoke jewellery from the perspective of a fine jewellery designer and craftsman. The discussion will cover the pitfalls to be aware of and include guidance with regards to fine jewellery investments. After a quick Q&A, guests will have the opportunity to design their own pair of bespoke earrings using an assortment of gemstones and charms provided. Those who wish can then have their designs commissioned and made into exquisite jewellery by Tessa and Russell.
The Bespoke jewellery masterclass will be held at the exclusive members club, The George in Mayfair. It will be held on Wednesday 3rd of May at 3pm. Tickets are £20 per person, inclusive of full afternoon tea. There are 20 places available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
