EMFD currently works with around twenty five companies in London. However they are starting to apply their floral design process to groups of hotels and restaurants on firstly a nationwide and then a global level. EMFD provides a floral design guideline, like the brand book in the food industry, with floral designs that work with the brand, can be shared across the group and can be followed by their florists. Managers will have the freedom to work with suppliers of their choice, whilst standards are kept measurable and the minimum amount of time is spent briefing suppliers. This can be bought on its own, with an element of training with their current suppliers or with full implementation.
