Prestat's truffles were once much loved by Roald Dahl the author who brought to life Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and sparked the world's imagination with brilliantly, innovative chocolate creations, and, characters for that matter. When we close our eyes we are all able to envision a bug eyed Mr Wonka with crazy hair and dressed in an eccentric purple suit.
This classic praline truffle is created from a mixture of crushed roasted-hazelnuts and sugar piped into a velvety milk chocolate shell before a final dusting of cocoa powder. Made from one of Prestat's secret 100 year old recipes, you'll find it hard to have just one of these gorgeous chocolates.
